Georgia Development Partners jointly with Batson-Cook was chosen by the City of Decatur to construct the Glenlake Park and Bathhouse in November of 2008. This is hte first of a two-phase project intended to update an aging pool facility and regional park. The present scope of work includes the demolition and removal of the existing bathhouse and surrounding decking and the construction of a new 2,800 square foot bathhouse. Additionally, the project will include updating the pool deck, age focused play areas, structural masonry walls, decorative shade sails and structures, architectural fencing, lighting, and other hardscape features.
